One of the most significant improvements is the expansion of the emergency room, which will nearly double in size to include 48 exam rooms. These upgrades are critical to achieving Level II trauma center status, ensuring the most vulnerable patients receive the urgent and specialized care they need.

The Children's Medical Center Plano campus offers more than medical excellence—it's a space designed for holistic healing. Situated on a serene 180-acre campus, the facility features tranquil green spaces, a 100-year-old oak tree, and pasturing horses that provide comfort and tranquility to patients and their families during challenging times.
